Bryn & Rina in Greyton

Bryn and Rina’s wedding was in the charming village of Greyton, nearby to Bryn’s family farm where he grew up. What a truly stunning location! The bridal party walked through the nature reserve into the steep gorge for their portrait session and wow was it worth it.  It’s always been a special place to Bryn and Rina, and now is made more special by having been their wedding location. We loved how much of a family affair it was. Rina’s dad officiated their ceremony, her sister styled her hair and makeup, her cousin created her flower crown, each of their sisters led worship at the wedding, and the couple’s friends set up the ceremony venue for them without letting them see. This wedding was marked by their precious, intimate community coming together to love and cherish and celebrate their union. We’re so touched by the sincerity and purity of heart conveyed in the ceremony, speeches and conversations throughout the day. We ended the day by taking a few more portraits of Bryn and Rina at the Genadendal historic Moravian village with huge oaks, thatched cottages and large Cape Dutch style buildings.
